WUFuego is Washington University's hottest social Latin dance team. We work to teach and perform dances from across Latin America and the Caribbean. Through Bachata, Merengue, Kizomba, Salsa, ChaCha, and Cumbia, we build a platform in which all dances can be appreciated and expressed within our college community. Please join us as we frequent social events in the STL area as well as consider attending our lessons and performances on campus.

 

Our mission is to cultivate a space in which the students of WashU can engage in social dance and then take the skill with them for the rest of their lives. Whether we are performing at the Cinco de Mayo Cherokee Street Festival, practicing in the depths of Seigle Hall, or starting a flash mob outside of BD, we will always bring the fuego!
